Costs

1 day, one 6ft table: $60
1 day, two 6ft tables: $150
2 days, one 6ft table: $95
2 days, two 6ft tables: $260

Optional:

Extra lunch charge for a third exhibitor: $15 per day
Extra charge for meal voucher for volunteers: $8 per voucher per day

Regular fair registration costs include table space reserved, a catered lunch for two exhibitors. Lunch can be provided for a third exhibitor for an extra $15 per day. Programs/Organizations can also specify up to 10 meal vouchers, redeemable at any dining facility in the Tate Center, for their student volunteers. Student volunteer meal vouchers are an extra $8 each per person per day. 

Final cost for fair registration will be sent via email from Fair Coordinator, along with confirmation of registration acceptance on a rolling basis.

Payment

Your program will be direct-billed for the Fair from the account that you have specified on the registration form. The Office of Global Engagement will create the e-ticket.  We cannot begin the billing process until July 2nd. UGA programs that register for the Fair before July 2nd will be billed on or after July 2nd.  Programs should not plan to use end-of-fiscal-year money from 2019 to pay for Fair registration.

Deadline for Registration is Sunday, August 25th, 2019.

Late Registration

UGA programs or external providers that do not register and pay by the Sunday, August 25th, 2019 deadline will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on space availability. 

Cancellations

UGA programs or external providers that register for a table but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, must do so by Sunday, August 25th, 2019 deadline to receive a full refund. Other cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

No Shows

UGA programs or external providers that register but do not show for their designated fair day(s) will not receive a refund. 

Exhibitor Placement Information

The Office of Global Engagement at UGA reserves the right to determine the placement and arrangement of exhibitors and may be unable to accommodate any special requests concerning electrical outlets, wall space and proximity to other exhibitors.

Additional Information

  1. The Tate Student Center is located at 45 Baxter St. in Athens, GA.  There are elevators from the Tate Center parking deck directly to the 5th floor of the Tate Grand Hall, where the fair is being held. 
  2. The Tate Student Center is a wireless environment. Please login to the PAWS or PAWS Secure wireless network to access the internet. For more information, visit the EITS website http://eits.uga.edu/network_and_phones/wireless
  3. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions/needs of the exhibitors that are identified on the registration form. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
