Welcome to the UGA Study Away Fair

We are very pleased to welcome our international exchange partners to exhibit at the fair.  If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send materials to our office to display at the fair (address is below).
 
You have the option to exhibit at the fair on Monday or Tuesday or both days. 
 
Costs for an average hotel in Athens are $100-200 per night.  We recommend the Georgia Center Hotel or the Holiday Inn on Broad Street, as these are the closest to the Tate Student Center, where the fair will be held.  You can view Athens area hotels here: http://www.visitathensga.com/hotels/
 
We recommend taking the Groome Shuttle service from the Atlanta airport to Athens.  It stops directly at the Georgia Center Hotel.  Cost is $39 per person one way.  If you rent a car, UGA will provide you a parking pass for the Tate Center Parking Deck.  Car rental information can be found here:  http://www.atlanta-airport.com/groundtransportation/carslimostaxis.aspx

Exhibitor Placement Information

The Office of Global Engagement at UGA reserves the right to determine the placement and arrangement of exhibitors and may not be able to accommodate special requests concerning electrical outlets, wall space, and proximity to other exhibitors.

Additional Information

1. The Tate Student Center has elevators from the parking deck directly to the 5th floor of the Tate Grand Hall, where the fair is being held. You will be provided with one parking voucher per registration in order to exit the deck. Please present this voucher with your deck ticket to the parking attendants when you exit.
2. The Tate Student Center is a wireless environment. Wireless visitor logins will be provided.
3. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions/needs of the exhibitors that are identified on the registration form. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
