Welcome to UGA at Oxford

The UGA at Oxford Study Abroad Program has been in existence for over thirty years. One of the most successful programs on campus, the program is a big reason that the University of Georgia has risen to rank in the top twenty in the nation for University student participation in study abroad programs. If you've considered spending part of your college career abroad, think of Oxford as your first stop. We offer over 100 courses in a wide variety of majors and subjects, so we are certain to have something for you.

The Oxford program provided me not only with an educational experience that transformed the way I learn, but also introduced me to amazing people and allowed the opportunity to explore the dreamy city of Oxford, as well as other incredible places, such as London, Edinburgh, and Copenhagen. The opportunities and instruction offered through the Oxford program are unmatched. The tutorial system unique to Oxford creates a completely different learning environment that allows students to explore subjects from a new perspective. The tutorial system at Oxford taught me that knowledge of a subject arises from asking more questions rather than finding the answers, and that the most seemingly simple questions are often the most difficult.
