Academic Program
Academic yearlong Russian Overseas Flagship (ROF) capstone program is the culminating capstone experience of the Russian Flagship for students who reach ACTFL Advanced (ILR 2) in Russian to achieve a professional level of competence: ACTFL Superior (ILR 3). The ROF includes intensive Russian coursework, direct enrollment in at least one course in the student’s area of interest, a homestay, and a professional internship.
